“Be careful, a car could back up and run over your hand. Don’t play in parking lots because your ball can go under a car. Look for lights at the back of the car.”

“What’s the hurry? Crosswalks were made for a reason. Use your head before your feet. Think before you act and try to find a crosswalk. Think of a safer way to get to your friends.”

“Soccer vs. Life. Soccer vs. Safety. A soccer field was created for a reason. Better safe than sorry! You’re more important than your game!”

“Always choose a crosswalk. Respect pedestrian safety. Kids walking on the safe side. You’re right when you walk on white! Stop means stop!”

“What’s more important… the ball or your safety? Think before you reach because you can always get a new ball. You are not in a video game, you only have one life! Safety first, ball later!”

“Crossing guards reduce the chances of pedestrians becoming speed bumps! Always listen to the crossing guard.”

”Tie your shoe on the sidewalk, or become a speed bump! Tying your shoe in front of a car is very dangerous.”

“Save yourself and follow the little white man. Walk don’t run and look both ways before crossing the road.”

“Go to a friend’s house to socialize, not in the middle of the road where you can get hurt. Cross with a crossing guard, they’re there to help keep you safe. Don’t talk when walking on a crosswalk because you won’t know if a car is coming.”

“Look both ways before crossing the street and always walk, never run. Make sure the car stops at the stop sign before you start walking.”

“Always press the button and then wait for the white walking man light to come on before crossing.”
